Terms and Conditions

 
  • Only fully and correctly completed registrations will be processed.
  • You can only register online.
  • The membership rate of the FMG applies to members from May 1, 2022 or earlier.
  • After receiving your registration you will immediately receive a confirmation email and an invoice.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam box.
  • If you cannot trace the confirmation email, please send us an email at info@morganiseren.nl. You will then receive a copy of the confirmation email. DO NOT REGISTER DOUBLE!!
  • You will receive the final confirmation e-mail and the link to the congress dashboard by e-mail approximately 14 days before the congress starts, provided that your payment has been received by the organization.
  • Your registration is binding. Cancellation and refund of the registration fee is possible until August 1, 2022 (see the cancellation conditions).
  • For changes to the name or otherwise on the invoice, administration costs (€ 15,00) will be charged.
  • Payment of the invoice is the responsibility of the participant. Even if the billing address is the "employer", the responsibility for paying on time remains with the participant.
  • Payment of participation fees must be received by the organization at least 14 days before the start of the annual congress.
  • The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel sessions or events at the Event at any time.
  • In the event of inappropriate behaviour by any Delegate in the view of the Organiser or the Event venue operator, the Delegate may be refused entry or asked to leave and excluded from the Event without refund or compensation.
  • The Dutch law is applicable to a dispute dispute between the participant and the organizer.
 
 
 
Payment via Bank Transfer


All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.

Participant’s Name/Last Name and the invoice number must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of days' notice you give of the cancellation.

Cancellation fee between: 

August 2 - 15, 2022 : 50 %
August 16 - 29, 2022 : 75 %
from August 30, 2022 : 100 %

Cancellations and refunds must be sent in writing or by email.

Your cancellation is only valid if you have received a proof of cancellation by email and can submit it.

Not appearing at the congress does not release you from your payment obligation.
